We All Eat Yellow Noodle Soup, " Yellow Noodle Soup"

What looks like chicken?, taste like chicken?, but isn't Chicken?.........Soy!  For about a year now we have gone to this restaurant to eat a healthy vegan meal......You might  say "Vegan!...Eeewww!" , but surprisingly that was my first reaction when my boyfriend introduced it to me, But was I in for a surprise and was I blown away! This stuff not only looks healthy and its good for you, but it taste great too! and its been around for so long now! Everything is 100 % vegan they don't even have honey for the hot awesome tea they serve! Ive been hooked to the grilled chicken plate and Ken is a noodle for the yellow noodle soup! Apparently if you had some kind of illness this type of eating is highly recommended for you on your way to healing recovery! Austin has similar restaurants, but lucky for Houstonians, its in the heart of Houston! Thai food is the next best thing but after you have tried this you will never go back to Chinese!!

Its that time again! Turkey for breakfast , lunch , and Dinner! Gathered around your family, playing games, taking pictures and creating memories! Even tho you will gain a few pounds,  I wish everyone the best of bonding! Gobble, gobble.

LOOK WHAT I PAINTED!

We bought these new playing cards which look like you can see thru them and were at first hard to look at because of the black on red (original) on green felt, but I happen to favor the King of Clubs and decided to draw and paint it "whata-size " (12x16)Ha! I changed the colors that would be more complimentary( finishing touch):). It took me a day or two to draw the detail and about 4 days to paint using acrylics. It was theraputic and fun. I actually gave my King version a mole!lol! Which one is better?

THE ULTIMATE HAND!

It takes about 1 chance in every 649,740 deals to hit this Royal Flush of Spades! I doubled up and went all in with Ace, Queen on the next hand and lost to a pair of 5's.! Well like Doyle Brunson says "Thats poker Folks!"

UP THE HIGHEST POINT!

We went to hike up the highest point in Austin where you can see the music city from a distance. Its called Mount Bonnell and its 780 ft above mean sea level as you can see I ran out of breath haha but when we reached the top well it was worth it!

BARSANA DHAM HAVEN!

My girlfriend and I went to have some bbq out in the boonies(driftwood,texas) and my curiosity was entraced by a steeple I made out beyond the horizon and came across a Hindu Temple to my surprise!

Colors of Love

I decided to take Kenley to Cafe Monet a place I had discovered the year before last to do some painting, but then I got this great idea before mothers day to " Do it for our mothers" instead. So we selected out a cup, plate, a sun lid and its counterpart out of various pottery on a wide selection that Cafe Monet has to offer. With the help of their friendly staff who advised us on color coordination, we picked out our colors and made our way to a table which is set up for our convience with water and scratch paper for "OOps" spills. This was exciting and creative as we "winged it" and felt like kids again! It took about two hours to come out with our final product - so don't knock it lol. Now we are just waiting for our lovely mothers to endulge in their gifts as we edulged our colors into their hearts.

The Krause Effect: This is the way death should be.

We recently went to the Krause Springs in Spicewood, Texas on a partly cloudy, sunny day. We laid in a hammock in their garden and read to my boyfriend while we swayed back and forth as the light breeze caressed thru our hair. As we noticed the trees greenly shade and the sun rays kindly kissing the tip of our toes. We looked up in awe as we listen to this giant wind chimes that nonchalantly conducted the birds and the butterflies combined with the trickling waterfall into a harmonious symphony. No one but you and nature inhale with a deep breath as you close your eyes into the blinding light at the end of the tunnel.
